At first everything seems okay the area too is not bad until when my landlady started showing her character, she’s selfish and not an easy person but overall not a bad house I just hope she changes her character

It’s by far the best managed property I have ever lived in. The staff are always on top of it at any hour of the day rain or shine. Says a lot about the landlord that it’s not just about money but service and tenants comfort is paramount. I’ll recommend this property.
It’s been a wonderful experience the landlady is such a sweet lady till she passed away last year her children have followed in her footsteps . Have no regrets

the property totally surpassed my expectations, the landlord is so sweet she literally sends me care packages every quarter, they maintain the space on time, the light is somewhat consistent, the amenities are up to scratch, honestly no complaints, I’m never leaving here lol! Especially in this Lagos, this was a ruby!!!
